We met at a cocktail party and immediately connected with each other. Our friendship has flourished for twenty years. We have shared in the joy of raising our daughters and have spent many hours taking them to dance lessons, working behind the scenes at dance recitals, shopping for birthdays and planning parties. We even took the girls shopping for their prom dresses together. When it came time to send the girls off to college, we spent more time shopping, planning, packing and even found time for a few crying sessions as well.

Needless to say, we were absolutely thrilled when our eldest daughters announced their engagements and that their wedding dates were only three weeks apart. We spent an entire year shopping and planning for our daughter's weddings together.
We were there to console each other when the inevitable mother and bride conflicts erupted; and, once again, we made time for a few more crying sessions.
In August 2003, as the weddings were fast approaching, we both discovered that there was something missing that neither of us could find to complete our daughters' wedding day ensemble. |

After taking time to recover from the wedding festivities, we began exploring the possibility of creating the perfect bridal bag.
